Yes. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately from your dashboard. To leave a paid plan, cancel it and it keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then your store moves to the free plan. Subscriptions are not refunded once paid.
Yes. Any store that has never subscribed can try the Growth plan free for 7 days, no card needed. You start it yourself from your dashboard after opening your account; it never starts automatically. If you do not subscribe, your store goes back to the free plan on its own — nothing is charged.
You pay for the year once at a lower monthly price (save about 15%). You can switch auto-renew off at any time.
You can connect your own domain (e.g. mystore.com) on any paid plan, or buy one from your dashboard — you see the full price before you pay. Your store always works free on yourstore.hekana.com. On a yearly Growth, Business or Advanced plan, one .com domain is free for its first year (premium .com names are at the normal price). From the second year you renew it yourself at the normal renewal price, and nothing renews automatically unless you turn auto-renew on.
There is no commission on your sales. If you take card payments there is the online payment fee (3.5% + 3.50 EGP per payment), shipping when you ship, and extra emails beyond your monthly allowance if you need them.
We book your parcels on Hekana's account with Bosta, Mylerz or Turbo. Each parcel costs the carrier's price for its zone, VAT included, plus a fixed add-on set by your plan, and you see it before you book.
No. Nothing is deleted: your products, orders and customers stay as they are. Only the features your new plan does not include stop working.
You keep all your data, and the new plan's limits apply to what you add next — on the free plan, for example, you cannot add more than 100 products.
