Is there a trial before I pay?

Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days on the Starter plan's features, with no credit card required. You can set your store up and take real orders during it; if you don't subscribe before it ends, the account moves to a limited state and your data is kept.

Is there any commission on sales?

No! Hekana takes no commission on your sales. You only pay the monthly subscription plus the fees of the payment gateway you choose (Fawry, Vodafone Cash, etc.).

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades start from the following month.

What payment methods are available for the subscription?

We accept Fawry, Vodafone Cash, credit cards, and bank transfer.

What's the difference between a subdomain and a custom domain?

A subdomain is yourstore.hekana.com and comes with every plan. A custom domain is yourstore.com — connecting one to your store is included in every paid plan, but you buy the domain itself.

Is the domain price included in the subscription?

No. The domain's annual registration fee goes to the registrar and is not part of your subscription. You can buy the domain straight from your dashboard at cost — the price depends on the extension (.com, .store, .eg and others) and is shown before you pay. If you already own a domain, connecting it costs nothing.

Does Hekana set the shipping prices?

No. Hekana provides integration with shipping companies (Bosta, Aramex, and others) — shipping prices are set directly by the shipping company based on your agreement with them.
