The storefront and the dashboard are Arabic and right-to-left, with English as the second language. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and phone numbers use the Egyptian format that starts with 01.
Cash on delivery, built in
Cash on delivery is available on every plan. When you ship with Bosta, the cash the courier collects is recorded in your Hekana balance; payouts go out every Wednesday, and the date of the next one is shown in your dashboard.

Ship with Bosta, Mylerz or Turbo without opening an account with them: book from the order page, print the waybill and track it to your customer — all from the dashboard.

If you choose a paid plan you pay the subscription, not a cut of what you sell. The online payment fee (3.5% + EGP 3.50 per card payment) and shipping costs apply only when you use them.
