How long does it take to create a store?
You can create your store in less than 5 minutes. Just sign up, pick a template, and add your products.
Is there a trial, and what does it cost to start?
The Starter plan is free, with no credit card and no time limit. Open an account and start selling. Any store that has never subscribed can also try the Growth plan free for 7 days, once, no card needed; if you don't subscribe, the store goes back to the free plan on its own. There is no commission on your sales, however much you sell; you only pay the online payment fee (3.5% + EGP 3.50 per card payment) and shipping, when you use them. If you outgrow it, the Growth and Business plans are billed monthly or yearly.
What payment methods are available?
Cash on delivery on every plan. On paid plans, also card payments.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes, on the paid plans — Growth connects one domain, Business up to three and Advanced up to five. The free Starter plan uses your yourstore.hekana.com address instead. No domain? Buy one from your dashboard — you see the full price before you pay. On a yearly Growth, Business or Advanced plan, one .com domain is free for its first year.
Which shipping companies are available?
We are integrated with Bosta, Mylerz and Turbo on Hekana's account, so you don't need an account of your own with any of them. Bosta delivers to every governorate in Egypt, with a clear price for each governorate before you ship.
