Supports the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP) used by ChatGPT, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) used by Claude and other agents, and a direct API for any new agent.

Product discovery

Agents search your published products only: name, photos, price, sizes and available stock. Cost prices, draft products and digital files are never exposed.

Totals from your own pricing

The agent opens a checkout session and the total is computed by your store's own pricing engine: discounts, shipping to the shopper's governorate and cash on delivery.

A real order in your dashboard

When the shopper confirms, the order is created in your store like any order from your site and appears in your orders, ready to ship.

How do I turn it on?

In the app store in your Hekana dashboard, install Agentic Commerce and switch on the permissions you want. It's available to every published store on Hekana.

Who sets the prices and shipping?

You do. The agent takes prices, stock and shipping straight from your Hekana store and cannot change them.

Can an agent see sensitive data?

No. An agent only sees what any shopper can see on your store: published products and their prices. Cost prices, drafts and digital files are not exposed.
