Let customers buy from your store through ChatGPT and Claude

More and more people ask ChatGPT or Claude things like "find me a leather belt under 500 EGP delivered to Nasr City". Answering that needs a store the assistant can read — its products, prices and delivery. That is what Hekana now gives your store.
What the assistant actually does
Once a customer connects their assistant to your store, it can:
- Search your products, with real prices and stock.
- Check delivery to the customer's area and what it costs.
- Prepare the order and give the customer a link to your store's checkout, with the cart and their details already filled in.
Every order is confirmed on your store
The assistant cannot place an order or pay on the customer's behalf. The customer opens the link, picks their governorate and payment method, and confirms on your checkout themselves — with the same captcha, protections and payment methods as any other order. No fake orders from bots: every order is confirmed by a person, on your store.
How customers connect
Every store that has it switched on gets a "Shop with AI" page at its address plus /ai — for example seron.hekana.com/ai. It has:
- The store's link with a copy button.
- The steps for Claude and ChatGPT.
- A step-by-step walkthrough with screenshots, a PDF guide and answers to common questions.
There is also a step-by-step guide for customers, with screenshots you can send them.
On Claude it connects from "Connectors" in Settings. On ChatGPT it currently uses Developer mode, and the Hekana app for ChatGPT's app directory is under review.
These orders are counted for you
Every order that came through an assistant shows up in the Agentic Commerce panel: how many customers prepared an order, how many confirmed, and the revenue — so you can see what it actually brings you.
How to switch it on
It is available to a limited number of stores for now. To turn it on for your store, contact us and we will enable it; after that you control it from the Agentic Commerce app in your dashboard.
