It can pull your products and their details, your orders and their states, your customers, an analytics summary, the products running low, reviews, and the discounts currently running. The answer comes from your data, not from general knowledge.
Changes, with approval
It can create a draft product, update a product description, and reply to a review — but each one is presented to you as a request first, showing exactly what it will do, for you to approve or reject. Nothing is changed behind your back.
In Arabic
It replies in whichever language you write to it in. Write in Arabic and it answers in Arabic; write in English and it answers in English. Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds.
Help with product data
As you add a product, there are suggestions for the right category, for keywords, and for a search-friendly description, drawn from a ready-made product taxonomy — so entering a product takes less time.
